The College of Science Mentoring Program is designed to support the career readiness of our undergraduate students by partnering them with professionals who have been successful in the public and private sectors. Whether a mentee will seek employment upon graduation or go on to pursue an education in graduate or professional school, all our mentees receive hands-on mentoring, coaching, advising, feedback, and assistance with career development, planning, and execution. Additionally, we strive to help both mentors and mentees in their development of professional relationships. The mentoring pairings are designed to be self-driven by the needs of the mentee and the experience and skillsets of the mentor to allow for maximum professional and personal growth.
